provide a service where you the seller is introduced to the
buyer. We act purely as a third party and as broker between
you (the seller) and the buyer (purchaser of your vehicle).
While we take care to ensure a professional process we accept no responsibility
if the transaction (all aspects) fails in any way, nor do we
accept any liabilities or claims associated with it, You
(the seller) accept all risk and all liabilities remain with
you (the seller) in all aspects or legal claim. It is your
responsibility to ensure that all details of your vehicle
are correct and true and that national car buyers and
brokers market the correct information given to them. We
offer no guarantees in the sell of the vehicle or the
vehicle itself and that includes all aspects of the vehicle
from past ownership and history to the car and mechanics and
engine whatsoever unless a guarantee is specifically provided by an
registered and legitimate insurance company that is
recommended and accepted by national car buyers and brokers.
2:2 We will
advise you on the market value of your car, then agree a
asking price before proceeding to advertise your car. However offers may vary with
individual buyers and dealers.
2:3 hpi vehicle
checks are carried out by NCB and as agents to the
fore-mentioned. NCB provide a telephone service between
office hours of 10:00am - 5:30 pm Mon-Fri and 10:00am -
12:30pm Sat, this service is for customers requiring a
quick check response and can generally receive results
within 10-15 minutes. On-Line hpi requests is not a quick
response service, we endeavour but do not guarantee to email
a report within 1 hour of a hpi on-line request and only
between our office hours. On-Line hpi requests made out of
office hours will generally be processed in office hours
only, so for example if a request is made after 5:30pm it
will not be processed until the following day. We cannot be
held responsible for any technical or unexpected problems.
Although we take every care to ensure the accuracy of the
hpi checks we except no responsibility for the hpi checks we
provide and your request is made entirely at your own risk.
3 PRIVACY POLICY

4 VALUATION

valuation we give you or financial loss or otherwise you may

using NCB valuation service you do so entirely at your own
risk. At no
point do we enter a contract or legally binding arrangement
that make us liable to any breach and we fully remain the
right to terminate or refuse to broker for you (the seller)
at any point of contact whatsoever.
5 FEES
5:1 All fees are
payable in advance and are appropriate for the services we
provide. A set-up charge is applicable for some services to cover administration and
service charges.
5:2 Broker Fees
are a fixed sum payable in advance for the sale of any
vehicle through nationalcarbuyersandbrokers and can vary at
our determination.
6 REFUNDS
6:1 All refunds are subject to our terms and conditions and
can change at our determination. Brokerage charge refunds
only qualify if we are unable to ascertain an offer on a
vehicle brokered with us and only after a period of 28 days
following the submitted application form and the appropriate
fee has been paid in full. All information submitted to us
on the application form must be true and accurate otherwise
any refunds that might be due will not qualify for any
refund whatsoever.
7 TERMINATION
7:1
We have the right to terminate your access to any or all of
the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason,
including without limitation, breach of these Terms and
Conditions. We may also at any time, at our sole discretion,
discontinue the Website/Services or any part thereof without
prior notice and you agree that we shall not be liable to
you or any third party for any termination of your access to
the Website/Services.

11.1 The seller of a vehicle using NCB accepts that NCB and
any service it provides is at the risk of the seller when
using those said services, Equally the buyer of any vehicle
marketed by NCB is purchased at the risk of the buyer and
NCB cannot be held responsible for mistakes or errors on
information or otherwise through neglect or accidental
errors.
11.2 Use of the Website/Services is at your own risk. The
Website/Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS
AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement
made and without warranty of any kind whether express or
implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties
of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose,
non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
11.3 To the extent permitted by law,

not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or
